Reports


 
  1. To get a report of your tracker cases, click Modify in the Issue Tracker case list page.



  2. For a detailed report, click Detailed Reports.



  3. Each case will be shown along with its information.



  4. Click Back to Report Options to return.



  5. For statistical reports, click Statistical Reports.



  6. You can view the stats by a specific field such as "Status" and include a filter.



  7. Below is another example with "Criticality" selected as the group to report on.
