Publish Input Form

To configure the HTML publish form for your website, check the fields that you want to display in the "Display" column and check the "Validate" option if you wish to validate input based on the field type. You can personalize the HTML input form by including it any of your web pages. Enter the webpage (ASP/ASPX) URL in the text box shown in step 2.

The HTML code will be generated and is available for you to cut and paste into your website.
